Thanks for your willingness to volunteer for Meditate 08.  There are five areas where we will need volunteers: Set-up, Take-down, Welcome Tent Hosting, Evening Program Management, and Photo Archiving.

Set-up:  9:00 a.m.  (10:00 a.m. on Saturday.)  45 minutes.  We will need 5 set-up volunteers per day.  You can sign up for any number of days.

Take-down:  Sat 8/23 5:15, Sun-Weds 8/24-27 6:45 p.m., Thurs 8/28 2:00 p.m. (30 minutes.)  We will need 5 volunteers per day.  You can sign up for any number of shifts.

Sat 8/23, 11:30 -- 5:30 (2 shifts, 2 volunteers each)

Sat. 8/23, 5:30-6:30 Opening Ceremony (2 volunteers)

Sun-Wed 8/24-8/27, 10:00 a.m. -- 7:00 p.m. (2 shifts per day, 2 volunteers per shift)

Thurs 8/28, 10:00 -- 2:00 p.m. (1 shift, 2 volunteers)

ThatÃ????¢??s a total of 24 volunteer slots.  Again, you may volunteer for as many slots as you like.

Photo Archivists:  The State Historical Society is asking us to document events during the Democratic National Convention.  Bring a digital camera and take pictures.  Our Archivist, Susan Atkins, will collect and assemble them into an album to be presented to the Historical Society.
